Manufacturing of Corrugated Cardboard Boxes

Didot Packaging specializes in producing high-quality corrugated cardboard boxes, widely used across various industries. We process three-ply corrugated cardboard types F, E, and B, with the option to use five-ply cardboard for increased strength and durability. Printed sheets are laminated directly onto the open corrugated cardboard, enhancing both visual appeal and mechanical resistance. We provide materials in brown and white finishes, as well as special materials with monochrome colors across all layers, such as white or black. Using premium offset printing machines, we ensure exceptional detail and color consistency, offering full-color CMYK printing and the option to include pantone colors as well.

Corrugated cardboard packaging is ideal for product displays and group packaging. It can be used for marketing promotional displays, transportation, e-commerce shipping boxes, and as protective packaging for both heavy and delicate products.

Our production capacity allows us to manufacture anywhere from a few hundred to hundreds of thousands of boxes per order, with a maximum sheet size of 700 x 1000 mm.

We offer both open and closed corrugated cardboard lamination, with the option for double-sided lamination to increase strength and provide a luxurious appearance.

We provide a wide range of surface and finishing treatments to enhance both the aesthetic and functionality of the packaging. Available options include matte or glossy dispersion coatings, lamination (glossy, matte, or soft-touch), partial UV coating to highlight graphic elements, foil stamping for an exclusive effects, and embossing or debossing for relief effects. Additionally, we offer the option of adding transparent windows and other special elements tailored to customer requirements.

We assemble boxes according to our customers’ needs, offering machine gluing from single-point to six-point, special gluing for complex shapes, and the joining of multiple parts into one complete unit. We also provide internal inserts for added product protection.
